Refund Policy

The maximum refund period shall be up to 21 days after the refund is claimed and confirmed by our client management department.

Please be notified that the refund process takes no less then 14 days from the request date. A refund will be issued according to the original method of payment (e.g. the money will be returned to the cc charged) In case of inability to refund the money to the cc initially charged, you will receive a bank transfer.

A customer can appeal for a refund in the following cases:

  • The merchandise is not received
  • The received item does not correspond with the ordered one
  • The received item is damaged/crushed/torn
  • The merchandise was lost during delivery/shipping
